Before a hearing instrument is selected, a thorough hearing evaluation, comfortable listening levels and speech understanding in quiet and in noise is conducted. results are discussed with recommendations for the most beneficial amplification system. Hearing aid models and options are explained in detail. Impressions or casts of your ear are made to obtain a custom fit hearing instrument.
Dispensing
State of the art, digital technology, manufactured by the world's most reputable companies are available through our office. Hearing aids are molded and dispensed for a 45-day evaluation period. The patient is counseled as to the use and care of the hearing device as well appropriate expectations. Hearing is evaluated with the new hearing instruments to measure improvement and prescription conformity.
Service & Repairs
We repair and service all major brands of hearing instruments, regardless of where they were purchased. We honor existing manufactures' warranties. For out of warranty repairs, we offer both 6-month and 12-month warranty repair options. Loaner hearing aids are usually available for use while your hearing aid is serviced. |
